R&R MachineWorks Expands Services Through Acquisition of Farmac Industries to Launch R&R Industrial

Dalhart, Texas – February 4, 2025 – R&R Machine Works is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Farmac Industries—a milestone that strengthens our dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions in the feeding industry, millwright services, industrial automation, and electrical contracting. This strategic partnership paves the way for the launch of R&R Industrial, uniting decades of expertise to redefine full-service manufacturing, site design, construction, millwright, electrical services, roll servicing, and complete automation. Since 1976, R&R Machine Works has been a trusted leader, and this new chapter marks an exciting evolution in our mission to deliver excellence.

Farmac Industries, known for its specialized industrial divisions and exceptional service, has been a trusted partner of R&R Machine Works over the last five years. Together, we’ve delivered advanced "lights-out" automation technologies, recognized worldwide for quality and efficiency. By officially joining forces, we can amplify our reach, innovate further, and sustain the shared values of integrity, quality, and efficiency that both businesses embody.

“R&R Machine Works, based in Dalhart, Texas, is proud to be an employee-owned company,” stated Warren Cornelius, President of R&R Machine Works. “This is an exciting time for R&R Machine and our future. We are working to help feed the world. Since our restructuring, we’ve tripled in size and actively pursued new expansion opportunities. This partnership is a perfect alignment of expertise and values. The Farmac team has been a trusted collaborator on projects for some of our most valued shared customers. Our teams complement each other seamlessly, leveraging each other’s strengths to deliver exceptional results. Together, we are well-positioned to provide unmatched service to our customers while driving growth into new markets and enhancing support for our existing clients.”

To meet rising demand and streamline operations, R&R Industrial will also introduce a new production facility and automation division in Amarillo, Texas, set to launch in 2025. This expansion will reduce lead times in manufacturing, provide unparalleled service for our customers, and positively impact the Texas Panhandle's regional economy.

Hoss Farley, Farmac Owner and President, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition. “Farmac Industries has been at capacity for the past year and a half, and this partnership offers us so much room for growth. R&R Machine Works brings an entrepreneurial culture that aligns perfectly with our values. Together, we’re creating exponential opportunities for our employees and customers.”

Matt Farley, Owner and Head of Farmac Automation Division, shared his thoughts on the partnership: “The combination of Farmac’s service expertise and R&R’s manufacturing capabilities marks a new milestone for growth and innovation. We’re thrilled about the opportunities ahead in 2025 and beyond as we unite to deliver unmatched value to our customers. Personally, I’m excited about the professional possibilities R&R brings and look forward to the enhanced efficiency and added value this integration will provide to our clients—both today and in the future.”

Farmac owners Hoss Farley, Matt Farley, and Tricia Henry, all proud Texas Panhandle natives, will take on leadership roles within R&R Industrial, overseeing the automation, electrical, and millwright divisions. With decades of expertise in the feeding and industrial automation industries, they bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure a seamless integration. Their leadership will uphold the consistency, reliability, and quality that customers of both Farmac and R&R Machine  Works have come to trust.
