HOW IT WORKS
Using advanced, highly accurate moisture sensors, the system analyzes moisture content within a custom-designed "Grain Collector." The data is sent to the R&R Hydro PLC, where it is processed to adjust water and
surfactant levels accordingly. With full control over water and surfactant pumps, the system also lets you monitor real-time moisture levels, surfactant tank levels, and grain flow rates. If any issues arise, R&R Hydro promptly alerts you, enabling quick and efficient resolution.

SURFACTANT SOLUTIONS
R&R Machine Works provides more than automated grain conditioning technology. We also help customers identify, source, and distribute surfactant solutions designed to work with the R&R Hydro Automated Grain Conditioning System and support each operation’s specific production goals.
Every feed operation is different. Grain type, incoming moisture, processing conditions, equipment configuration, feeding objectives, and environmental factors can all affect conditioning performance. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all product, R&R works directly with operators, nutritionists, and feed-management teams to evaluate the complete application and recommend the most valuable combination of equipment, automation, surfactant, and technical support.
